the sound is like a serotonin hit – the effect we want this brand to have on you

universeel reflects our mission to create a brand that makes all bodies feel confident and unstoppable

we design with the intention to give something a new life

whether it’s a top designed using deadstock fabric or a vintage find sourced with sentiment

this is what you can expect from the brand, limited-release pieces that feel necessary

greenwashing isn’t cool and we’re not experts (yet)

but we are trying to create clothes in the least harmful way possible

we source fabric and produce in LA to eliminate a dependency on fuel emissions

all our fabric and trim is deadstock or recycled to reduce waste

all packaging is recyclable, compostable, and/or reusable
